At AMETS, we remain committed to continuous improvement. In addition to enhancing our technical capabilities and machining processes, we believe it is equally important to uphold the values that are part of our identity as a company. That is why we continue to work towards progress not only in technical areas, but also in other aspects that contribute to improving our working environment.
With this in mind, we have joined the Lan Hitz project, an initiative aimed at promoting and increasing the use of the Basque language in the workplace. Through our participation, we want to take another step forward in our commitment to the language and help ensure that it plays an increasingly important role in our day-to-day activities.
As part of this commitment, we are introducing our new General Language Policy, which aims to promote and establish the use of Basque throughout the company. The implementation of this policy marks another step forward on our journey towards giving the Basque language the place it deserves at AMETS. We recognise that progress in this area requires continuity and commitment, and we therefore intend to keep moving forward step by step, integrating Basque into our daily work.
